Mr. Albin is a Director of NGP, having been involved with the Natural Gas Partners investment funds since the inception of the initial fund in 1988. Prior to joining NGP, Mr. Albin was a partner in the Bass Investment Limited Partnership. Prior to that time, Mr. Albin was a member of the oil and gas group in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Albin serves on the board of directors of the general partner of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. and Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. and on the boards of numerous private oil and natural gas companies. He graduated with a B.S. in Physics in 1981 and an M.B.A. in 1985, both from Stanford University.
