This may include disclosing information to comply with applicable federal and state securities and corporate laws and regulations. We restrict access to your personal and shareholder information to our employees and service providers and their employees who need to know that information to service your account. If you cease to be a shareholder of the Company, we will continue to treat your nonpublic personal information as described in this notice.

We may amend our privacy policy from time to time. As required by law, we will send record holders of our shares our most recent privacy policy at least annually.
